• You will be given a time and a date we will do the clearance, and it will be done on that date at the time we stated.
  
  
• Everything will be done within the time frame we quoted, in 95% of clearances, that will be one day. The property emptied and everything dealt with, and it hoovered and left clear and tidy.
  
  
• We will invoice you immediately upon completion, with a full VAT invoice for yours and your client's records.
