HOUSE
CLEARANCE IN SALFORD (MANCHESTER)
FULLY FURNISHED 2 BEDROOMED FLAT
The flat was fully furnished. We met the customer at the property
at 9.30, she showed us around, and told us what items she wanted to
be cleared, as the new owner of the flat purchased some items from
our customer. Once the lady showed us her requirements she left us
with it.
We made a start by clearing the bedrooms, we bagged all clothes,
all textiles from cupboards for recycling, we then removed certain
bedroom items but left the beds. We checked the loft, but it was empty.
It had fitted wardrobes so we let those.
We then cleared the living room, we cleared all sofas, electrical
items, t.v, tables, dining suite, and side boards.
We then cleared the kitchen, we cleared all cupboard of food, and
kitchen utensils, we cleared all pots, pans, plates etc.
Once we completed the clear we hoovered and dusted leaving the property
clean and tidy.
The the clothes, metal and electrical items were taken to a recycling
plant.
We completed this job in roughly 5hours.
ARRANGING YOUR HOUSE CLEARANCE
Every job we do is different. So before we arrive we will contact
you to discuss the property that needs moving, large or delicate items,
any special requirements, access and so on.
We will agree a fee and the most suitable time to carry out the clearance.
You don't even need to be there on the day, just arrange for the keys
to be with your solicitor, estate agent or other whoever and we will
collect.
The actual clearance includes one and a half tons of waste for recycling
and we can arrange for storage of the
property if needed.
We will then give you a call and ask you to meet us at the property to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction. In over
20 years of doing house clearances we have never had an unsatisfied
customer.
PAYMENT
It is only then when the job is done that we ask for payment. You can pay by cheque or debit card, and we will give you a full
VAT invoice, which in many instances you can forward to your solicitor
for reimbursement.
