HOUSE
CLEARANCE IN LONDON
FURNISHED 2 BED SEMI-DETACHED PROPERTY
The house was fully furnished. We met the customer at 9.30. the lady
showed us round the house and told us what items she wanted clearing.
In the instance the customer stayed with us and showed us what she
wanted taking away or boxing up as we went along. We brought all boxes
with us so we could pack items that she wanted to keep.
We removed 2 beds from the property, then after these items it was
general nick nacks and rubbish. The lady bagged up all clothes for
us, as she knew we recycled clothes,
Once we completed the clear we hoovered and dusted leaving the property
clean and tidy.
We cleared roughly 1 ton of waste. The the clothes, metal and electrical
items were taken to a recycling plant.
We completed this job in roughly 6 hours.
The customer was very satisfied with the clearance we did for her,
we will hopefully be going back to London to complete the clearance
when she is ready to do so.
ARRANGING YOUR HOUSE CLEARANCE
Every job we do is different. So before we arrive we will contact
you to discuss the property that needs moving, large or delicate items,
any special requirements, access and so on.
We will agree a fee and the most suitable time to carry out the clearance.
You don't even need to be there on the day, just arrange for the keys
to be with your solicitor, estate agent or other whoever and we will
collect.
The actual clearance includes one and a half tons of waste for recycling
and we can arrange for storage of the
property if needed.
We will then give you a call and ask you to meet us at the property to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction. In over
20 years of doing house clearances we have never had an unsatisfied
customer.
PAYMENT
It is only then when the job is done that we ask for payment. You can pay by cheque or debit card, and we will give you a full
VAT invoice, which in many instances you can forward to your solicitor
for reimbursement.
