HOUSE
CLEARANCE IN LICHFIELD (SOUTH DERBYSHIRE)
FURNISHED 2 BEDROOM SEMI DETACHED HOUSE
The house was fully furnished, we arrived on time at 8.00am. We met
the owner of the property who showed us round the house and told us
what he wanted doing. After he told us what he wanted doing, he left
us with it and we told him we would call him 30mins before we finish
so he can come and inspect the clearance and make sure he is happy
and satisfied with the clear.
We cleared the kitchen, all cupboards, all draws, we removed all
old food from the fridge/cupboards. We cleared all pots + pans etc.
We cleared the living room + dining room of all sofas, chairs, tables,
TVs, CD players, CDs and vidoes.
We cleared the 2 bedrooms upstairs of the beds, clothes, ironing
boards, bathroom clutter,
Once we completed the clear we hoovered and dusted leaving the property
clean and tidy.
We removed roughly 1.2tons of waste. The the clothes, metal and electrical
items were taken to a recycling plant.
We completed this job in roughly 5.5 hours.
The customer was very satisfied with the clearance we did for him.
ARRANGING YOUR HOUSE CLEARANCE
Every job we do is different. So before we arrive we will contact
you to discuss the property that needs moving, large or delicate items,
any special requirements, access and so on.
We will agree a fee and the most suitable time to carry out the clearance.
You don't even need to be there on the day, just arrange for the keys
to be with your solicitor, estate agent or other whoever and we will
collect.
The actual clearance includes one and a half tons of waste for recycling
and we can arrange for storage of the
property if needed.
We will then give you a call and ask you to meet us at the property to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction. In over
20 years of doing house clearances we have never had an unsatisfied
customer.
PAYMENT
It is only then when the job is done that we ask for payment. You can pay by cheque or debit card, and we will give you a full
VAT invoice, which in many instances you can forward to your solicitor
for reimbursement.
