HOUSE CLEARANCE IN LEEDS

FURNISHED 2 BED DETACHED PROPERTY

The house was fully furnished, we met the customer at 8.00am in leeds, the property was clean and tidy but he wanted it completely clearing of all items. The property had a large garage which he wanted clearing as well. After he showed us round, he left to visit family.

We cleared the garage first, we segregated all metals, electrical items, paint, wood so we could recycle it easier. There was a freezer in the garage which we disposed of at a registered fridge/freezer disposal company.

We then started by clearing all the bedrooms, we removed all beds, bed room furniture, we bagged all clothes and textiles for recycling, we boxed all books for recycling.

We cleared items out of the loft, there was only a few boxes and an old child's cot.

After we cleared up stairs we started clearing the living room and dining room. We removed all sofas, chairs, tables, TVs, electrical items, rugs on the floors.

We then cleared the kitchens, we removed all pots , pans, all foods, all general kitchen items.

Once we completed the clear we hoovered and dusted leaving the property clean and tidy.

The the clothes, metal and electrical items were taken to a recycling plant.

We completed this job in roughly 6.5 hours.

ARRANGING YOUR HOUSE CLEARANCE

Every job we do is different. So before we arrive we will contact you to discuss the property that needs moving, large or delicate items, any special requirements, access and so on.

We will agree a fee and the most suitable time to carry out the clearance. You don't even need to be there on the day, just arrange for the keys to be with your solicitor, estate agent or other whoever and we will collect.

The actual clearance includes one and a half tons of waste for recycling and we can arrange for storage of the property if needed.

We will then give you a call and ask you to meet us at the property to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction. In over 20 years of doing house clearances we have never had an unsatisfied customer.

PAYMENT

It is only then when the job is done that we ask for payment. You can pay by cheque or debit card, and we will give you a full VAT invoice, which in many instances you can forward to your solicitor for reimbursement.
