CLEARANCE ON BANBURY ROAD, OXFORD
We met the customer on the morning of the clear, the unit was a
60m x 40m shed, which was used by a charity shop, it was full of wardrobes,
desks, metal work, bicycles, baths, beds, mattress etc.
We took 2 of our vans and 4 men. We were pleased we had arrived
with sufficient staff as there was a lot of work to do and there was
a waste transfer station 14 miles from the clear which was perfect.
The station segregated all wood, metal, clothes, textiles, books,
and other items.
In total we cleared 6.5tons of waste. 1.4 tons of metal was recycled
from the job. The job took 7 hours to complete plus travel time.
Our customer was very happy with the clearance, and he said he was
amazed how quick and efficient company simply clearances are.

ARRANGING YOUR HOUSE CLEARANCE
Every job we do is different. So before we arrive we will contact
you to discuss the property that needs moving, large or delicate items,
any special requirements, access and so on.
We will agree a fee and the most suitable time to carry out the clearance.
You don't even need to be there on the day, just arrange for the keys
to be with your solicitor, estate agent or other whoever and we will
collect.
The actual clearance includes one and a half tons of waste for recycling
and we can arrange for storage of the
property if needed.
We will then give you a call and ask you to meet us at the property to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction. In over
20 years of doing house clearances we have never had an unsatisfied
customer.
PAYMENT
It is only then when the job is done that we ask for payment. You can pay by cheque or debit card, and we will give you a full
VAT invoice, which in many instances you can forward to your solicitor
for reimbursement.
